Rolled oats, oligofructose syrup*, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, fructose, belgian chocolate (4%) (68.5% cocoa mass, sugar 26.5%, cocoa powder 4.5%, emulsifier – soya lecithin, natural vanilla), black treacle, ground almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, golden linseeds, sunflower seeds, natural vanilla.
